Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 15 days of receipt.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website is the property of VyomEdge or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. Client deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment.
Limitation of Liability
VyomEdge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
